Offer Not Crediting? Here's Exactly What to Do
September 17, 2026
Completed an offer, closed the tab, and... nothing showed up in your balance? Before you assume it's lost, walk through this — most "missing" offers aren't missing at all, they're either still processing or tripped on something fixable.
Step 1: Check your Wallet before doing anything else
Every completion on XPReward is written to an append-only points ledger the moment it arrives — nothing gets edited or deleted, only added. That means if an offer tracked at all, it will show up in your Wallet, even if it hasn't fully cleared yet. Look for a held or pending entry with the offer's name and date. If it's there, you don't need to do anything else — skip to Step 2. If there's genuinely no trace of it, skip to Step 3.
Step 2: Understand why offers don't credit instantly
Offer walls almost never release points the second you finish. CPX Research, AdGate, Lootably, and Torox — the four walls XPReward runs — all hold completions in a review window before they're final:
- Simple offers (surveys, quick installs, sign-ups) usually confirm within a few minutes to a few hours.
- Multi-step or app-install offers (reach level 10, play for 3 days, complete a tutorial) can take 24–72 hours, because the wall is waiting on the advertiser to confirm you actually hit every stage, not just the first one.
- High-value offers sometimes sit in manual review longer, specifically to catch fraud before releasing a bigger payout.
If your offer shows as held and it's inside that window, the right move is to wait it out. Most "not crediting" reports resolve themselves within 72 hours without anyone touching anything.
Step 3: If there's truly nothing in your Wallet after 72 hours
This is when it's worth actively chasing. Work through these in order — most fixes are on this list:
Rule out the usual trackers-breaking culprits:
- Ad blockers and privacy extensions (uBlock Origin, Brave Shields, some VPN browser extensions) frequently strip the tracking pixel or the final redirect the wall uses to confirm completion. Disable them before starting an offer, not after.
- VPNs and proxies — a lot of offers are geo-targeted, and finishing one while your IP looks like it's in a different country than the offer expects is one of the most common silent-fail causes.
- Switching devices or browsers mid-offer — if you start an offer on your phone and finish the install on a different device, the wall often can't tie the two sessions together.
- Private/incognito windows — some walls rely on a cookie set at the start of the offer to confirm you're the one who finished it. Incognito mode can drop that cookie early.
- Closing the app or tab immediately after the last step — give it a few seconds to fire its final tracking call before you back out.
- Partial completion — this is the biggest one. "Install and reach level 10" means level 10, not level 3. Check the offer's full requirements again; a lot of reported non-credits turn out to be offers that were only half-finished.
Then, contact the offer wall directly — not XPReward support first. The wall, not XPReward, holds the actual tracking log for your click, so they're the ones who can look it up. Inside the offer wall itself (open it from Offers), there's usually a menu icon in the corner with a Help or Support option that opens a ticket form. Have ready:
- The exact offer name
- The date and rough time you completed it
- The device/browser you used
Most walls resolve legitimate missing-offer tickets within a few days once they can see your click ID.
Step 4: Still nothing? Bring it to us
If the offer wall confirms on their end that the offer never tracked to your click at all (not just "still processing"), that's when it becomes something XPReward can help with directly. Reach out through account support with the same details — offer name, date, and which wall — and we'll check it against the completion the wall reported to us. Because the ledger is append-only, we can always tell you exactly what was received and when; there's no ambiguity about what happened on our side.
The short version
- Check your Wallet — it might already be there as "held."
- Give it up to 72 hours for multi-step or high-value offers.
- Turn off ad blockers/VPNs, stay on one device, and finish every stage before contacting anyone.
- Open a ticket with the offer wall first — they own the tracking data.
- If they confirm it never tracked, bring the details to XPReward support.
