Accepting these terms

XPReward is operated by [COMPANY NAME — to be completed]. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and may hold only one account.

Points have no cash value

Points are a loyalty balance, not money and not a currency. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash. They exist only to be redeemed for the rewards listed in the Reward Store, subject to availability.

We may change the point cost of a reward at any time. We will not retroactively reduce a balance you have already earned.

How points are earned

Points are credited only once the action is confirmed. For partner offers and surveys that means when the provider tells us you completed it — not when you start one.
Partial or abandoned offers do not pay. Whether an offer qualifies is determined by the provider, not by us.
If a provider later reverses a completion — a chargeback, or their own fraud review — we reverse the corresponding points. This can leave a negative balance, which must be cleared before further redemptions.
Every credit and debit is written to an append-only ledger you can inspect in your wallet.

Redemptions

Rewards are digital and delivered as codes. Once a code has been revealed to you, the redemption is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, because the code cannot be un-seen.

If a code does not work, contact us and we will investigate and replace it where the fault is ours or the supplier's.

Fair use and fraud

The reward pool is shared. Behaviour that takes from it dishonestly harms every other player, so we treat it seriously.

No multiple accounts, no VPN or emulator use to appear as a different user or region, no automation or scripted completion of offers.
No false answers submitted to surveys to rush a payout — providers detect this and reverse it, and it costs us the partnership.
No self-referral or referral rings.
We run automated checks before points are credited and may hold, refuse or reverse credit, and suspend or close accounts, where activity indicates abuse.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post to the Gaming Hub, and grant us a licence to display it on the service. Posts are moderated; we may reject, edit or remove content that is spam, plagiarised, unlawful or abusive, and XP awarded for a removed post may be reversed.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including the availability of offers and raffles. Where a change would strand points you already hold, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

Closing an account

You may close your account at any time by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL — to be completed]. Unredeemed points are forfeited on closure and have no cash value. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law
