Trust & Safety
How the ledger actually works
Trust in a rewards platform should come from mechanics you can check, not just a promise. Here is what actually happens behind the numbers.
An append-only points ledger
Every credit and debit is a permanent, timestamped row — never edited, never silently adjusted. Your balance is always the sum of a record you could, in principle, audit line by line yourself.
Earn events are checked before they post
A completed offer, survey, or referral goes through fraud checks before points land in your balance. The goal is a reward pool that reflects genuine activity, not the fastest bot script or the most farmed accounts.
Fulfillment is tracked end to end
Game keys and gift cards are delivered digitally and tracked from the moment you redeem to the moment the code is revealed. Stock counts shown in the Reward Store reflect what is genuinely available — not a wishlist.
Common questions
How do I know a completed offer will actually credit?
Offer providers (like CPX Research and AdGate) send a signed completion notice directly to XPReward, which is verified before points are credited. Delays happen on the provider's side sometimes — if an offer shows pending for an unusually long time, contact support with the offer name and approximate completion time so it can be checked against the provider's own record.
Can XPReward remove points from my account without telling me?
No. The ledger is append-only by design — an adjustment is a new, visible entry with its own reason, not an edit to history. If your balance ever changes, you can see exactly why in your account activity.
What stops someone from farming accounts for points?
Earn events are checked for abuse patterns before they post, and the fraud system is designed to slow down automated or farmed activity rather than reward whoever moves fastest. This protects the reward pool for players actually engaging with missions, offers, and the Gaming Hub.
What happens after I redeem a reward?
Points are deducted immediately and the redemption is tracked from claim to delivery. Digital codes are revealed once fulfillment completes; stock counts in the Reward Store update in real time so you're never earning toward something that's actually out of stock.
