Torox Missing Reward: How to Claim It (and Is Torox Legit?)
September 18, 2026
You finished a Torox offer, waited, and the reward never arrived. Before you write it off, know that Torox has a built-in way to claim missing rewards, and most claims that fail do so because of a small, avoidable detail. This guide walks through the exact steps, the rules Torox applies, and what to do if the answer is "pending" or "rejected."
Torox is an offerwall: a marketplace of surveys, app installs, games and sign-ups that advertisers pay for. Sites like XPReward embed it so you can earn points, which means the tracking happens on Torox's side, and Torox is the one who can confirm whether your completion was recorded.
How to claim a missing reward on Torox
- Open the Torox offerwall (from the site where you started the offer).
- Go to the My Activity tab.
- Click Apply for Missing Reward on the offer.
- Fill in as much detail as you can and attach screenshots of your progress, such as the in-game level, the confirmation page or the email.
- Submit the form.
Torox says you can expect a response within 7 business days.
Check these first, or your claim may be rejected
Torox's own help page lists the conditions. Before you apply, make sure:
- At least 24 hours have passed since you completed the offer. Applying sooner is one of the listed rejection reasons.
- You finished inside the offer's time limit. The default is 30 days unless the offer says otherwise.
- The offer shows a "Clicked" status in My Activity. Torox only accepts claims for offers in that state.
- You met every requirement the offer listed, including country, device and any stage or level target.
If any of those isn't true, the claim will most likely be rejected, so fix that first or don't bother submitting.
What "pending" means
If your claim comes back pending, Torox says it means it didn't find a valid completion on its side and has contacted the advertiser to investigate. It's not a rejection, but it's not an approval either. Keep your screenshots and give it time.
Why Torox offers fail to track in the first place
Most missing rewards trace back to something on your side that broke the tracking:
- Ad blockers and privacy extensions. Turn them off before you start, not after. Also allow cookies.
- VPNs and proxies. Offers are targeted by country, and offerwall terms broadly prohibit masking your location. A location mismatch can cause an automatic decline.
- Switching devices or browsers mid-offer. Torox can't join the two sessions together.
- Skipping a stage. Multi-step offers (reach level 20, play for three days) only pay once every stage is confirmed by the advertiser, which can take days.
Our guide to what to do when an offer isn't crediting covers the general checklist, and why VPNs and other things get accounts banned explains the rules in more detail.
Is Torox legit?
Yes, in the sense that it's a real offerwall that pays out on completed offers, and many users report being paid. But the reviews are mixed, and it's better to know that before you spend hours on a long game offer.
The recurring complaints on Trustpilot are about rewards that stopped tracking partway through a multi-stage game, claims that take much longer than 7 days to resolve, and support that's slow to respond. That doesn't mean Torox is a scam. It reflects a wider problem with offerwalls: advertisers, trackers and the wall all have to agree that you finished.
So protect yourself:
- Screenshot as you go. Your progress, the offer's name, and the date. If you need to claim, this is your evidence.
- Prefer shorter offers until you've seen a payout arrive, then scale up.
- Don't spend money to complete an offer unless you've decided the payout is worth more than the cost.
If you came from XPReward
Check your Wallet first. Every completion Torox reports to us is written to an append-only ledger, so if it tracked, you'll see it, even if it's marked as held. If there's no entry after 72 hours, file the Missing Reward request with Torox first, since they own the tracking data. If Torox confirms the completion was recorded and you still don't have the points, contact XPReward support with the offer name, date and Torox's reply, and we'll check it against what Torox reported to us.
The short version
- Wait at least 24 hours.
- Torox offerwall → My Activity → Apply for Missing Reward.
- Attach screenshots and give as much detail as you can.
- Expect a reply within 7 business days.
- If it's pending, Torox is checking with the advertiser. If it's rejected, check the conditions above.
